Why PACE Therapy?

Why PACE?

PACE stands for Positive Attitude Changes Everything. To me, this isn't about always being positive but rather about recognising that change is possible.  At PACE Therapy, I focus on:

  • Acknowledging Challenges: We work together to understand and confront the difficulties you're facing.
  • Empowering Change: By building on your strengths, we create a path toward the life you envision.
  • Believing in Your Capabilities: I believe in your ability to grow and adapt, and I’m here to support you in developing that belief in yourself.

My Approach

In our sessions, I provide a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. We will work collaboratively, using an integration of different therapy techniques tailored to your needs, or a "pick and mix" approach, as I like to call it. Integrating different therapy techniques allows me to use different therapeutic models to support you in finding the most effective path for your personal growth.

I appreciate that this sounds complicated. My approach is to make therapy as accessible and relatable as possible. I offer therapy in a way that is easy to understand and apply to your daily life, tailored to address your specific issues.

What to Expect

  • A Warm Welcome: Your comfort and trust are my top priorities. From our first meeting, I aim to create an environment where you feel comfortable and safe.
  • Personalised Support: Every individual is unique, and I tailor my approach to fit your specific needs, goals, and preferences.
  • A Focus on Your Goals: Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, seeking personal development or wanting to process trauma, I will focus on achieving the outcomes that matter most to you.
