What types of Therapy sessions do you offer?
I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy. This can take place face to face in and around the LS15 area of Leeds and I also offer online and telephone appointments.

How can I book a session?
You can book a session by contacting me through the website or by phone, email or Instagram. Please visit the Contact Us page for all of the ways you can get in touch to book an appointment.
What can I expect during a counselling session?
During a session, you can expect a safe and confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings in a therapeutic space. The session is yours to bring whatever it is you want to discuss.
I offer a free 15 minute telephone call before booking initial appointents to answer any questions that you may have before getting started.
Our first session will consist of agreeing a contract together to ensure that you are getting from Therapy what you feel you need.
Ongoing sessions can be structed or unstructured depending on your preference. I feel that it is importnat for my clients to set the pace to ensure thay feel as comfortable as possible.
How long does a session last?
I typically offer sessions of 50 minutes to 1 hour. This is however something that we can discuss when we agree our contract together if you have a different duration in mind.
How much does Therapy cost?
